Dr. Steven Moon, of Optimized Chiropractic, a licensed chiropractor of 33 years, was arrested around 4 p.m. Friday. Concord police officers led him out of his office, at 5161 Clayton Road, Suit E, while a TV news crew stood and filmed a few feet away.
