Report: SI chiropractor allegedly sent vulgar letter to cop at 120th Precinct

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.-- The Staten Island chiropractor who was arrested last month after a series of bizarre alleged encounters with a school crossing guard is accused of penning a vulgar letter to a cop at the 120th Precinct, according to the New York Post.
